License Conditions on using JCG-related programs

The License Conditions on using "Programs for building JCG execution environment" and "JCG sample application" are given below.

License Conditions summary : "Programs for building JCG execution environment" and "JCG sample application" are to be used only for the purpose of evaluating "JCG Products". It is prohibited to redistribute or commercially use "Programs for building JCG execution environment" and JCG sample application" (including modified versions) without permission of their Copyrights Holders (Toshiba Information Systems, NEC Corporation and Personal Media Corporation). If you wish to redistribute or commercially use them, contact the author via TRON ASSOCIATION (jcg@itron.gr.jp).

NO WARRANTY : The Copyrights Holder does not provide any warranty and is not liable for the result of using "Programs for building JCG execution environment" and "JCG sample application". We ask users to use these products on their own responsibility. If there is a problem to have no warranty such as to develop a commercial software or integrate these products into a product, contact the author via TRON ASSOCIATION (jcg@itron.gr.jp).

Modification and exemption of original author from warranty : "Programs for building JCG execution environment" and "JCG sample application" may be modified for use as long as its modification purpose agrees with the purpose of evaluating "JCG Products". However, even in this case, the exemption of the original author from warranty is ensured.
