Protection Extension of µITRON4.0 Specification (µITRON4.0/PX Specification) is to add access protection functios of kernel objects including memory area to the µITRON4.0 Specification. Detailed information is here.
µITRON4.0 is the latest µITRON real-time kernel specification. Detailed information is here.
µITRON4.0 Validation Specification (Draft) was prepared to institute a certification system for the µITRON4.0 specification, which is to certify whether a real-time kernel implemented on the µITRON4.0 Specification meets the specified requirements. Detailed information is here.
The ITRON Debugging Interface Specification defines the standard interface with which debugging tools, such as debuggers and in-circuit emulators, support real-time kernels conformant to the µITRON4.0 Specification. Detailed information is here.
The JTRON2.1 Specification is to standardize the interface specifications which are necessary in implementing a Java runtime environment on an ITRON-specification real-time operating system. Detailed information is here.
The ITRON TCP/IP API Specification is a standard API for a TCP/IP protocol stack suitable for embedded systems. Detailed information is here.
µITRON3.0 is the third-generation µITRON real-time kernel specification. Japanese version of the µITRON3.0 specificaion is published as the following book. English versions can be downloaded from here.
|µITRON3.0 Standard Handbook (Revised Version)||(Personal Media Co.)||ISBN4-89362-154-8|
English version of the µITRON3.0 specificaion is published as the following book. English versions can also be downloaded from here.

The µITRON3.0 compatibility checksheets are set of queries to check the compatibility among OSs implemented based on the µITRON3.0 specification. They are intended mainly for use in comparing different µITRON3.0-based OSs, and for estimating the amount of work involved in porting applications from one µITRON3.0-based OS to another. The checksheets and related documents (in Japanese) are available from here (in Japanese). The checksheets of registered µITRON3.0-based OSs are available from here.
ITRON2 and µITRON (ver.2) are second-generation ITRON real-time kernel specifications. Products based on the µITRON (ver.2) specification are still widely available. Japanese version of the specificaions were published as the following book. Becuase the book has been sold out, it is now distributed as a PDF file from the publisher's page. English version can be downloaded from here.
